Hi, I’m Rob.

I started Luma with a simple goal: to bring a little more light, and a lot less stress, into homes in St. Thomas and the surrounding area. (Luma comes from the Latin for light.)

We’re a small, local team and I’m hands-on in the business, so when you call or text, you’ll usually be talking with me. We take the time to learn how you like things done, we pay our cleaners fairly, and we treat every home with care and respect.

Every home is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. We start with a quick, friendly call about your home. Your first clean shows us what your home needs and how long it takes, and from there we set a fair, consistent price for regular visits. Quotes are always free.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring all of our own supplies and equipment, and we use safe, non-toxic products. If you’d like us to use a particular product in your home, just let us know.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes. Our team is background-checked and insured, with more than 50 years of combined experience. Luma is a registered Ontario business and WSIB-compliant.

What if I’m not happy with a clean?

Tell us. We’ll listen, take another look and make it right. After your second clean we also check in to make sure everything is just how you like it.
