Luma Cleaning Company (“Luma”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you send us. This website has no forms. When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, address and details about your home or cleaning needs.
- Basic website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and when someone taps a call or email button). This uses cookies and collects general information such as your browser, device type and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.
- Fonts. Our heading font is delivered by Adobe Fonts, which may record basic page-view information to count font usage. See Adobe’s privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, schedule and provide our services, and keep in touch about your cleanings. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we only share it when needed to provide the service you asked for or when required by law.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or update it, to ask us to delete it, or to stop receiving messages from us. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and we take reasonable steps to keep it safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
