How much does a cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. We start with a quick, friendly call about your home. Your first clean shows us what your home needs and how long it takes, and from there we set a fair, consistent price for regular visits. Quotes are always free.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring all of our own supplies and equipment, and we use safe, non-toxic products. If you’d like us to use a particular product in your home, just let us know.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Our team is background-checked and insured, with more than 50 years of combined experience. Luma is a registered Ontario business and WSIB-compliant.
What if I’m not happy with a clean?
Tell us. We’ll listen, take another look and make it right. After your second clean we also check in to make sure everything is just how you like it.
How often can you come?
Whatever suits your routine: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or one-time when you need it.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
We keep you with a consistent crew whenever possible, so the people in your home know it, and your preferences, well.
Are you comfortable with kids and pets?
Absolutely. Our team loves kids and pets, and we’re happy to work around little ones and four-legged family members.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior windows and glass as part of our cleans. We don’t offer exterior window cleaning.
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps your home fresh week to week: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors. A deep clean adds detailed work like baseboards, blinds, window coverings, walls and appliances.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. We clean offices, studios and small commercial spaces, on a regular schedule that works around your business.
